Our Job Developers can:
• Build relationships with employers by identifying workforce needs and presenting inclusive hiring solutions.
• Match job seekers to opportunities by assessing skills, interests, and workplace requirements.
• Support employers with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices and help workplaces become more accessible.
• Coordinate placements such as internships, mentorships, or job trials.
• Provide follow-up support to employers to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate accommodations by helping identify ergonomic tools, training needs, or workplace adjustments.
• Collaborate with Employment Counsellors and other service providers to ensure support.
• Collect feedback from employers to continuously improve employment services.
