Meet the Team

Reporting to the Board of Directors, Nathalie provides strategic leadership and overall supervision for all aspects of the organization’s operations on a day-to-day and a strategic long-term basis including personnel, resource development, fiscal management, program management, and public relations.

As our Director of Operations and Strategic Alignment, Francine is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the organization. She primarily focuses on overseeing contract management and collaboratively guiding the organization through change in coordination with all member agencies.

As our Director of Communications and Employer Services, Linda is responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance and optimization of the avenueNB website, social media and internal communications. She also holds the Employer Relations portfolio including Job development and disability awareness. 

As Coordinator for avenueNB, Laura provides administrative support and document management to the staff and board. She plans and coordinates the cooperative’s events, both large and small.

Marsha is the MentorAbility Coordinator for New Brunswick. She works closely with Employment counsellors and Employers to facilitate mentorships for persons with a disability across NB. She has worked in the employment support field since 2018 and is an advocate for persons with a disability in the workplace.

As Facilitator for the MentorHabiletés program in New Brunswick, Sébastien creates in-company mentoring opportunities for persons with a disability.

His role is to work with employers and employment counselors to organize short-term work experiences, promoting awareness and inclusion in the workplace..
