This young lady in her mid 40’s was working in homes for elderly cleaning, cooking.

She was finding this work very hard and wanted to do something else.

She is hard of hearing , and reads lips to better understand the people she deals with, also has learning disabilities.

Her fear was not to be able to take a post-secondary course due to her hearing impairment.

She came in to see me , we got her some new hearing aids, computer adapted to her aids and other technology that would help her in her post-secondary course.

She decided to take the Nail course with World of beauty with Nathalia in Moncton, complete new world for her.

She managed to graduate with top honors and had a job already before she ended her course! Bravo Melissa and much success!

Ms Arsenault works on housekeeping at the Agence Résidentielle Restigouche in Kedgwick. She's very proud of the work she does, and makes sure we're always satisfied.
